Acqua Al 2 for
Uncorked featuring an affordable tasting of Italian Spirits. This event will be on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Space is limited and reservations are required to participate in each tasting. The cost is $20 per person and includes the following tasting menu:
- Campari Soda - Paired with Hearts of Palm on a bed of organic greens
- Cavalli Vodka Martini - Paired with Crostini with gorgonzola cheese
- Pallini Limoncello - Paired with a Scallop with white truffle oil
- Frangelico Liqueur - Paired with flourless chocolate cake topped with powdered sugar
