Rock n’ Roll Marathon takes over Downtown San Diego for the 12th Year in a Row

Rock n’ roll through Downtown San Diego this Sunday, May 31, 2009 for San Diego’s 12th Annual Rock n’ Roll Marathon. With 26.2 miles of road, participants will rock and roll all the way to the finish line. Walkers, runners and new 4-person relay teams can equally enjoy this marathon with the help of over 2000 energetic sideline enthusiasts and 45 lives bands throughout the course. The race begins at 6:30 a.m. on 6th Avenue and Palm Street and will head north, concluding at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Based at 10:00 a.m. where the free headliner concert will take place.
