International Dance and Music Festival 2009

2009 Beer & Sake Festival

Tango Wine Company in Little Italy Presents San Diego's first Sake class!

Join the Tango Wine Company on Monday, May 11th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. for San Diego's first Sake Class!
Michael Simkin of MJS Sake Selections will be giving a hands-on full tutorial of the history and culture, production methods, qualities and classification of Sakes. Michael is one of the world's preeminent sake experts and has traveled to Japan 50 times, has worked in three breweries in Japan, and has visited 40 Japanese and 3 USA based breweries. Lindsay, of The Wine Smarties will also be there to tie in Sake-making to wine-making. The cost to participate is $45 per person which includes 8 different sake tastings.
